2000年7月から、以前サイマル・アカデミーで一緒に英語を学んだ仲間と、私の家で月1回、英語の勉強会を始めました。最初は月1冊、読んでくることにしようか・・・と考えていましたが、みな、それぞれ忙しいので、超短編集の「Sudden Fiction International」(Edited by Robert Shapard & James Thomas Published by NORTON)の中から選んで一つ一つ読んでいくことにしました。
