The Elephant
middle-angel |
Seeing is believing. This is one of the important
points for children education.
The director of the Zoological Gardens however
didn’t realize the point although his zoo
is often visited by parties of school children.
He refused to accept allocation of an elephant
which is an essential animal to any zoo and
had been longed by all the zoo staff and
the people in town just for saving money.
Instead he suggested the authority that he
could make an imitated one using rubber.
He thought it could make it as long as he
put the notice “This elephant is very sluggish”.
Real life is sometimes very cruel. A sudden
gust of wind revealed the truth. All the
children there as witnesses were badly depressed
and tuned into hooligans later on naturally.

Most people recognize that the zoo plays
and important part in the education for young
children. But the director who works for
the zoo in provincial town in Poland didn't
take that way. His zoo was poorly supplied
with animals and top of that there were no
elephant in the zoo. Who calls a zoo where
it has no elephant?
On the occasion of the anniversary of the
liberation, the zoo was notified the allocation
of an elephant at last. But the zoo director,
who had no interest in the educational importance
whatsoever, decided to make a fake elephant
out of rubber so that they can save a lot
of money.
Thogh blowing air into a full size rubber
elephant was not an easy task to do and they
had to do the job in one night to keep the
operation secret. The two irretated zoo keeers
came up an idea filling the elephant with
the gas.
Next day, the full size ruber elephant with
extra notice "Paticulally sluggish"
appeared in front of the people. It seemed
woking for a while untill gust of wind lifted
sopposed to be the largest living land animal
up into the air.
Poor school kids who witnessed it couln't
belive in elephants since then.

The Elephant
ぽち |
The director of the zoo, who was indifferent
to educational importance and cared about
only his own career, planed to make an elephant
out of rubber instead of having a real elephant
for saving the cost significantly. He thought
that they could fill it with air and place
it behind the railings, and that nobody would
notice it was not real because elephants
are sluggish animals.
Two keepers were blowing the huge rubber
elephant really hard, however, they could
not make it big enough to look like a real
elephant. They got exhausted and came up
with an idea that they can fill it with gas
and they did.
The elephant was placed with a big notice
proclaimed: “Particularly sluggish. Hardly
moves.” A party of children from the local
school came to see the elephant. At the moment
the teacher was explaining to the children
how heavy an elephant is, the rubber elephant
filled with gas rose in the air and was blown
away by a gust of wind. The children who
witnessed the scene turned into hooligans
and no longer believe in elephants.
